Jeroen has significant experience advising companies ranging from SMEs to multinationals in France and abroad. For the last thirty years, he has been involved in hundreds of transactions and in negotiating all types of commercial contracts. In addition, he handles many (pre)litigation and arbitration matters.

Over the years, Jeroen has developed an in-depth and recognized experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors.

Jeroen was born in the Netherlands and started his career in New York as a litigator during the eighties, before settling in Paris in 1991, where he was partner of a major Franco-American law firm for more than a decade before founding Luchtenberg Avocats ten years ago. His profile and experience allow him to handle the most complex cases in multicultural environments.

Jeroen offers each client personalised advice, deep involvement and a comprehensive view of the issues at stake.
